Adventurequest's trips begin at the Gallatin Field Airport in Bozeman, Montana.

Airfares vary depending on point of origin and time of booking. We recommend that you book flights early to receive the lowest fares and to assure convenient flight times. Airfare is the responsibility of each individual camper. Please try to book flights that are scheduled to arrive between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the first day of each trip, and that depart between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the last day of each trip. We understand that this is not always possible because airlines change flight schedules. Adventurequest can shuttle campers to and from the airport if necessary.

Adventurequest's staff will meet each individual camper at their arrival gate, and will take each individual camper to their flight's gate for departure. Bozeman's airport is very small and there is usually only one flight departing or arriving at one time, thus eliminating the confusion of large and rather hectic airports. Most flights to and from Bozeman require a connection, however most airlines require that minors travelling alone (or without the supevision of an adult) purchase the "unaccompanied minor" escort service. By purchasing this for a nominal fee, an airline representative will escort the minor off the plane, through the airport, and on to the connecting flight. In addition to the escort the airline requires a predetermined adult to sign at both ends for pick up and drop off, thus assuing the camper arrives at each destination safely.

(Please call for the name of our staff member who will be meting you upon arrival.)

We understand that flights get delayed, canceled, etc... Adventurequest cannot be responsible for any airline's misfortune, and we cannot be responsible for campers when they are in transit, however, it is our policy to work with both the airlines and parents/guardians to assure the best possible solutions to any travel problems. We encourage campers to make contact with their parents upon arrival, and also to contact Adventurequest when they return home so that we know they have arrived safely.

Air travel is the most common and preferred method of transportation. Adventurequest will accommodate other modes of transportation, i.e.... train, bus, etc. . Please contact us for further information regarding alternative transportation options.
